$35–$45 per hour (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, adaptive tools, and home modifications
• Document progress, update treatment plans, and ensure timely reporting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team (PTs, SLPs, physicians, and social workers)
• Provide discharge planning and home programs
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards
• Stay current on OT best practices and continuing education

Qualifications:

Education & Licensure:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
• CPR/First Aid certification

• Excellent time management and organization
• Proficient in EMR systems and documentation practices

* Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as general independence, to persons with disabilities or developmental delays. Use therapeutic techniques, adapt the individual's environment, teach skills, and modify specific tasks that present barriers to the individual.

* Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients.

* Complete and maintain necessary records.

* Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy programs in hospital, institutional, or community settings to help rehabilitate those impaired because of illness, injury or psychological or developmental problems.

* Plan and implement programs and social activities to help patients learn work or school skills and adjust to handicaps.

* Select activities that will help individuals learn work and life-management skills within limits of their mental or physical capabilities.

* Evaluate patients' progress and prepare reports that detail progress.
