Job Details Job Location: St. George, UT 84770 Position Type: Per Diem Job Shift: Any Responsibilities Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate, transferring callers to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable Greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Act as main point of contact for residents, family members, and guests Helps with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, and any other tasks as requested by the supervisor Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications & Physical Requirements Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, both verbal and written Must be able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments Professional appearance and demeanor Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn customized programs quickly Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required At least one year of clerical experience preferred This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
