Radiology Tech Location: Fall River, MA Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,169 to $2,235 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 8/10/2026 About the Position Certified Radiology Technologist (RAD Tech) with experience using EPIC, McKesson, and Meditech systems. On-call required. Peds to adult population in acute care including bedside portables, ER/Trauma, mobile unit, OR, and outpatient settings. Experience with fluoroscopy/contrast studies and enemas is preferred. Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized diagnostic radiographic examinations for outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and surgical cases. Obtain general radiography exams such as chest, extremity, spine, and abdominal imaging. Provide portable X‑rays at bedside for critically ill patients in medical‑surgical units. Support the emergency department with timely imaging for trauma and acute presentations. Assist in the operating room with intraoperative imaging, following sterile technique and surgical protocols. Verify orders, review patient histories, and ensure appropriate exam selection in the EMR. Position patients accurately, apply immobilization when required, and adhere to radiation safety and dose reduction practices. Collaborate with radiologists regarding image quality, additional views, and urgent findings. Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform basic quality checks, and report service needs promptly. Document exams and patient interactions clearly and accurately. Required Qualifications Certified Radiology Technologist, Radiology.
