POSITION: Marketing and Revenue Manager, Hospitality LOCATION: Detroit, MI; San Antonio, TX; Sugarland (Houston), TX; New Orleans, LA; Boston, MA HOURS: Full-Time, Non-Union. 40hrs/week About The Position The Marketing and Revenue Manager, Hospitality helps grow food and beverage revenue across ATG's US venues. Reporting to the Vice President, Hospitality, the role delivers the marketing and commercial initiatives that bring audiences to our bars, concessions and premium hospitality offerings. The Rockstar Team Member is responsible for growing spend per head, improving conversion rates and increasing food and beverage margin. The role works with Venue Operations, Marketing, CRM, Ticketing and supplier partners to put the food and beverage commercial plan into practice. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Digital Sales Plan and deliver food and beverage marketing across the customer journey, from ticket purchase to intermission. Grow pre-order and add-on sales through ticketing, digital and CRM channels. Develop show-specific campaigns and in-venue promotions, consistent with ATG brand guidelines. Commercial Delivery Support the Vice President, Hospitality in delivering the food and beverage commercial plan across US venues. Identify opportunities to grow spend per head, conversion and margin, and bring forward recommendations. Use sales and customer data to inform pricing, range and promotional activity. Partnerships & Reporting Work with suppliers to deploy marketing funds and activation support across venues. Partner with venue teams to launch campaigns and promotions Track and report campaign performance, sharing results and learnings with the Hospitality Director. Collaborate with Inventory and Purchasing teams to develop sales strategy to deploy optimal product mix to meet cash margin targets Essential EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Experience in a food and beverage marketing or commercial role within hospitality, leisure, live entertainment, sports or retail. A track record of delivering campaigns that grow sales. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Experience in theatre, live entertainment or multi-venue hospitality.
