Schedule

Available Days: Monday through Sunday

Shift: 10:30 AM 6:30 PM

Flexible Scheduling Available

• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• You do not have to work all seven days.
• We will work with your availability to build a consistent schedule.

Pay: Competitive hourly rates based on experience, qualifications, and applicable clearances.

Join Our Team

Penn Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Direct Care Workers/Caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home support to an adult participant residing at Luther House, an independent senior living community in West Grove, PA. Luther House provides independent living for adults age 62 and older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide toileting and incontinence care as needed
• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Promote participant safety and independence throughout the shift
• Prepare light meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping related to the participant's care
• Laundry and linen changes
• Provide medication reminders, when appropriate
• Assist with approved household tasks and errands
• Complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and required documentation accurately
• Report changes in condition, safety concerns, or incidents promptly to the agency

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care preferred
• Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or related experience strongly preferred
• Reliable, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while following a care plan
• Must meet all Pennsylvania home care employment requirements
