This role partners with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Sales, and Web Development—to develop content, manage campaigns, and support go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate excels at translating technical concepts into compelling, customer-facing materials and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Essential Job Functions: Product Marketing Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to identify market needs and validate product-market fit. Translate technical specifications into clear, customer-centric value propositions. Support go-to-market strategy with positioning based on buyer personas and pain points. Contribute to the development of product messaging across digital and sales enablement materials. Website Content Management Manage and coordinate website images with rendering artists, engineers, and sales teams. Create, edit, and publish content using the CMS (e.g. Optimizely). Support SEO initiatives and develop new product pages and value proposition visuals. Asset and Collateral Coordination Source visual and marketing assets for various campaigns. Develop and manage product documentation (e.g., datasheets, manuals, guides). Digital Campaign Management Create, execute, and analyze email campaigns using Pardot or similar tools. Manage quote automation and lead nurturing email workflows. Advertising and Brand Compliance Assist with Google Ads and campaign performance tracking. Create social media ad campaigns through LinkedIn. Coordinate product labeling and engraving in line with brand standards. Public Relations & Content Development Draft press releases, newsletters, and product launch materials. Manage campaign execution in collaboration with media partners. Event and Webinar Coordination Support planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and other events. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Web Development on pre/post testing of website updates. Maintain internal communication channels like “FUTEK Insider.” Qualifications: Competencies: Cross-functional communication and collaboration Time management and prioritization Attention to detail Self-motivated and task-oriented Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Willingness to support team during high-pressure periods Adaptability and openness to feedback Project Management & Cross-functional Communication Qualifications: BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of B2B marketing experience Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., Optimizely) Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) Experience with SEO, SEM, and Google Ads/Analytics Technical writing and editing experience Visual/design literacy for reviewing marketing collateral Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to clearly communicate feedback, findings, and edits Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities Work Environment: The majority of this job is conducted in an office setting while utilizing standard office machinery. However, job may require occasional visits to the Production area where the employee may be exposed to airborne particles, mild fumes and moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the office setting is considered low. The noise level in the Production area is considered moderate. Physical Demands: Requires regular, predictable, attendance and punctuality. Requires prolonged periods or sitting, occasional standing, stooping, bending and reaching and repetitive hand movements. Requires normal range of hearing and vision, including color vision. Must be mentally adaptable/flexible in dealing with a variety of people/situations.
