Role Overview:

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across multiple communities. This role ensures that residents and staff enjoy safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environments year-round.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or facilities).

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and safety practices.

• EPA Section 608 certification preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina to work in varied environments, including outdoors and confined spaces.

• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or journeyman license preferred.

• Proven experience as an journeyman electrician (residential, commercial, or facilities).

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and building codes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

• Physical ability to perform tasks that include standing, bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
