• Oversee the daily operation of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service

• Develop and implement menu programs that meet the nutritional needs of our residents

• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure exceptional service and quality

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of quality and sanitation

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized meal plans and ensure that residents' dietary needs are met

• Monitor and report on food costs, waste, and other metrics to improve operational efficiency

• Develop and maintain relationships with local food vendors and suppliers
