Pharmacy Technician

Assists the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including parenteral medications.

Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)

Typical Hours: Rotating shifts including days (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and occasional evenings (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.). Requires every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Certification & Licensures:

- Cannot come out of probation until the MO registration process is complete

- Fingerprints to be completed prior to the first day on the job

- Processing of application with Missouri Board of Pharmacy must be initiated prior to starting with Saint Francis Pharmacy. A copy of the application along with a copy of the receipt from IdentoGO fingerprints to be provided to hiring manager or Missouri Board of Pharmacy Technician license.
