Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are hiring a dedicated Financial Specialist to manage client accounts, resolve billing inquiries, and maintain our high standards of financial accuracy. salary: $25 - $32.93 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolios: Oversee accurate billing and reconciliations for assigned clients.
• Resolve disputes: Use professional judgment to navigate payment hurdles and lease complexities.
• Communicate proactively: Connect with clients via email, text, and phone to keep accounts current.
• Maintain accuracy: Keep precise records in our systems while following compliance standards.
• Collaborate: Partner with the finance team to escalate roadblocks and achieve departmental goals.
