How You'll Make a Difference
You'll be the steady hand behind the scenes, helping customers and teammates find the right parts to keep equipment running. Your attention to detail and sense of urgency will make a real impact-keeping orders on track, solving issues quickly, and delivering the kind of service people remember.

What You'll Do

Support customers and teammates with timely, accurate parts research, quotes, and order processing
Investigate and resolve parts discrepancies across orders, shipments, and deliveries
Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and a helpful, can-do attitude
Maintain clean, accurate records and enter data across company systems using established tools
