Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Valid medical license to practice in Texas
• Proven experience in hospital-based OB/GYN care, including labor and delivery, OB triage, and surgical assistance
• Ability to handle OB emergencies, including Cesarean sections
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in a hospitalist setting
• Ability to perform ER GYN consults
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual skills or multilingual capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of OB/GYN hospitalist experience
• Recent experience in a tertiary or community hospital setting
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
