Job Description Job Description Compounder – 3rd Shift Location: Wharton, NJ Schedule: Full-Time Overtime: Required Pay: 27-30/hr Zing is hiring Compounders for a leading beauty and personal care manufacturing facility in Wharton, NJ. If you have hands-on compounding experience and enjoy working in a precise, production-driven environment, this is a strong opportunity to grow with a stable team. Key Responsibilities Pre-weigh and compound ingredients for production batches Accurately measure raw materials using scales and appropriate tools Complete batch records, logs, and production documentation Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and GMP standards Pull samples for Quality Control testing Support production and molding operations as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Shift & Pay 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $27 - 30 per hour Overtime is required based on production needs. Requirements 1+ years of compounding or blending experience Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered for 2nd and 3rd shift Experience in cosmetic, skincare, personal care, or similar manufacturing environment required Strong math skills and attention to detail Ability to read, write, and speak English Spanish is a plus If you’re looking to join a team where accuracy matters and production moves quickly, apply today through Zing.
