Senior Civil Litigation Attorney

• The Role: Drive case strategy and handle the full lifecycle of complex disputes from pre-litigation through trial. You will draft high-level substantive motions, regularly lead hearings and mediations, and manage key client relationships. This role includes mentoring junior talent and helping shape firm direction.

• Qualifications: A seasoned Civil Litigator licensed in Texas with a strong track record in commercial, construction, or real estate disputes. Requires a proactive mindset, a stable professional history, and deep roots in the Greater Houston legal community.

Mid-Level Civil Litigation Attorney

• The Role: Engage deeply in all phases of sophisticated litigation. You will manage complex discovery, draft high-level motions and pleadings, take and defend depositions, and gain direct, autonomous exposure at hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Qualifications: An accomplished Civil Litigator licensed in Texas looking to elevate their practice. Requires exceptional legal analysis and writing skills, strong organizational acumen, and a desire to transition into leadership and firm management.
