New Mexico Licensed BCBA

Seeking a mission-driven New Mexico Licensed BCBA, the remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor RBTs while conducting behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and consulting with families to enhance care for children with autism. Key responsibilities Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments and develop ABA treatment plans Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality implementation of care Consult with families on treatment goals and strategies, providing clear instructions and feedback Required qualifications BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population and in applied settings Experience in telehealth supervision for at least one year General knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and managerial experience Proficient computer skills in Excel and database management
