Performance Testing Lead
Role: Performance Testing Lead
Location: Bangalore, India (However complete WFH for candidate is allowed by client)
Minimum 6 years or above experience in Performance testing and Engineering
Good hands-on experience of Performance testing tool JMeter
Ability to lead and drive performance testing and engineering projects
Very good communication, stakeholder management and client management skills
Good Knowledge of Microservices and API Performance
Able to draft Performance Testing Strategy document and project plan
Good Knowledge and hands-on of APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics. Able to troubleshoot and analyze performance issues
Experience of working on multiple protocols like Web, SAP, Oracle, SOAP, Rest etc.

Skill Set: Performance Testing Lead
Mandatory Skills - Performance testing using JMeter, APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics. Able to troubleshoot and analyze performance issues, Experience of working on multiple protocols like Web, SAP, Oracle, SOAP, Rest etc., Good Client interfacing skills
Must have Soft Skills - Good Knowledge of Microservices and API Performance, presentation skills, articulation, probing and problem solving skills
Vendor Billing range (share in local currency) - 7,000 INR per day
Work Location - Any (No restrictions)
Notice Period - Immediate
Client Interview / F2F Applicable - Interview (Video call over MS TEAMS)
Background check process to be followed: Before onboarding / After onboarding: BGV Agency: Post-onboarding (ECMS team can choose the BGV agency, we don't have any preference)
