- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments for transportation services.
- Coordinate with drivers and clients to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, schedules, and client interactions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support office operations as needed.
- Utilize scheduling software to optimize route planning and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or scheduling role, ideally in the transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
