Description Are you an experienced, detail-oriented mortgage loan processor who can successfully aid applicants in navigating the mortgage lending process? If so, we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing mortgage processor to work with the mortgage loan officers on our team. Responsibilities • Communicate with lender closing department and title agents to ensure timely delivery of loan document packages to closing Qualifications • Experience in mortgage loan processing, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven track record of effectively communicating with clients, real estate agents, and underwriters.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely collection and verification of financial documentation.
• Familiarity with ordering and reviewing property and loan documentation, such as appraisals and title searches.
• Ability to analyze credit reports and financial documents to assess applicant creditworthiness.
