Occupational Therapist
OT needed asap for 13 weeks 4-10 hour shifts and will be required to work every other weekend Guaranteed: 36 hrs Weekend Requirements: every other weekend Staff generally rotate weekends or one day each weekend (ie every Saturday or Sunday). Type of equipment - adaptive equipment, bathroom equipment, Sara Stedy, hoyer, walkers, etc. EMR – EPIC Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Acute care experience Good time mgmt NBCOT, Utah OT license 2 years experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. ICU experience Willing to work a variable schedule List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Evaluations Treatments Co-treatments w/ other disciplines Best personality Fit: Dependable Flexible Team player Self Driven Floating Area(s): Will see patients on all units of the hospital including: ICU, behavioral health, COVID and orthopedics. Scrub Color/Attire - Grey scrub tops or business casual and black scrub bottoms or business casual. No shirts w/ logos, leggings or jeans
