About the Job
Are you a social work manager who is ready to make a total commitment to a new fostering agency that wants to do things differently? We believe working for us every day should be a joy. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate manager to be involved in the development of a new fostering agency from scratch. You will work as part of a team with foster carers and staff working in unity to create amazing outcomes for young people. You will be proud to work for Apex and you will want to achieve great results. If you are inspired and motivated you will be a good fit for us and you will receive share options in the company. Few people get a chance to build the company they work in. We want you to stay and grow with us. To develop a company everyone can be proud of. We will be covering the Peterborough, Cambridge, Bedford, Essex and East London areas so you need to have a car and be prepared to drive, however all our staff will be home based. Essential requirements; Current social work qualification and HCPC registration. 1 year of managing staff. 2 years in fostering.
