Work Environment\nThis position offers a remote work setting, allowing therapists the flexibility to perform their duties from the comfort of their own homes. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. Therapists utilize state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation and streamline communication with our multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective and coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, effectively charting personalized treatment plans accordingly. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to assist individuals, couples, and families in navigating mental health challenges. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community and providing valuable insights for patients grappling with shared concerns. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and well-coordinated patient care. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, equipping patients with immediate support during acute mental health emergencies. \n
- Engage in educational efforts, equipping patients with knowledge about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and essential community resources. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality care delivery. \n
- Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education workshops to enhance professional practice. \n
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, contributing knowledge to the team's collective expertise. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Further education is preferred for advanced positions, such as a Master's or Doctorate in a relevant discipline. \n
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington. \n
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. \n
- Exceptional assessment skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients. \n
- Experience providing individual and group therapy, preferably with diverse populations. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. \n
- Ability to respect client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries throughout the therapeutic process. \n
- Proficient in using EHR technologies and other computer applications relevant to therapy practice. \n
- A collaborative mindset, capable of thriving within a multidisciplinary team structure. \n

- Experience in community health settings or outpatient clinics is highly desirable. \n
- Background in delivering therapies to patients with complex needs, including trauma-informed care approaches. \n
