About the Role

• Analyst – Project Finance Analyst
• Salary - $80k-$100k + 15-25% Bonus
• Arlington, VA | Hybrid (3x)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex financial models to maximize project value
• Support project financing processes, including investor coordination and capital funding execution
• Evaluate and structure financing partnerships, including tax equity and debt, with a focus on economic terms
• Assist in negotiating transaction terms with financing partners
• Lead due diligence efforts and manage the financing closing process with external stakeholders
• Analyze and assess M&A opportunities across various markets aligned with company strategy
• Provide financial planning and analysis support for the solar business unit
• Collaborate with the xhyhwjd development team to evaluate early-stage project opportunities

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience within project finance, investment banking, infrastructure, or renewable energy
• Renewable energy/infrastructure exposure required
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience supporting transactions, financings, or deals preferred
