What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to Children's Autism Treatment Technicians
• Monitor treatment fidelity and client progress
• Analyze clinical data and modify treatment recommendations as needed
• Provide parent education, consultation, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment team members
• Support staff development through coaching, modeling, and clinical feedback

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time salaried position
• Flexible schedule that includes client sessions, supervision, and family meetings
• Services provided primarily in homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations is required
• Milwaukee and Brookfield Areas

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• Wisconsin Behavior Analyst license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Minimum of three years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families
• Experience providing clinical supervision and staff development
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families in home-based settings
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) experience or certification
• Experience developing and delivering staff training
