Candidate Pay Rate: $72 - $50.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Improve patients' functional independence and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Oregon OT License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and treatment planning
- Patient and caregiver education
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Documentation and record keeping
- Evidence-based practice in occupational therapy
