Setting: Outpatient
Reason for Coverage : Medical Leave
Start Date : July 13 - September
Availability: Looking for full time coverage. Will split between 2 providers 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Schedule : Either Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday
Call : none
Patients Per Shift :25
License : IL license or Compact
EMR : Epic
