Child Care Group Leader

Boys & Girls Clubs of America seeks a Child Care Group Leader in Estes Park to guide elementary and middle-school youth in safe, enriching after-school programs. You will supervise daily activities, support homework and reading, lead games and arts, and reinforce BGCA values of respect, responsibility, and inclusion. This role includes behavior guidance, maintaining a positive climate, and communicating with parents and school staff. You will help implement lesson plans, track attendance, ensure safety procedures, and model healthy habits, providing caring mentorship that helps young people grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
