A Supportive Treatment Environment Our programs are CARF accredited and operate without restraints, seclusion, or searches. What You'll Do As a Mental Health Associate, you’ll help keep the treatment environment safe, structured, and therapeutic by: Supporting and monitoring clients throughout the treatment day Assisting with group and psychoeducational sessions Supervising breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activities Supporting the team during behavioral health or crisis situations Assisting with urine screenings and related documentation Completing routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasks Communicating client concerns and observations to the treatment team Building professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries Using trauma‑informed and culturally responsive approaches Participating in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing education Providing transportation support when assigned What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree Valid driver's license Willingness to drive a company van If you’re dependable, compassionate, and interested in building a career in behavioral healthcare, this could be a great opportunity to start making an impact while growing your skills and experience.
