Project Accountant — Construction & Real Estate Finance

A leading residential development firm in Bellevue, WA is searching for a Project Accountant. This full-time role involves managing the complete cycle of subcontract and job cost accounting across various projects. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with construction firms. Proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi and Procore, plus strong Excel skills, are essential.
