**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Special Assets Officers and Assists with creation of relevant documents related to forecasting and other monthly/quarterly reporting requirements.Supports Special Assets Officers and TL’s with implementing actions and workout strategies. duties and responsibilities as **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Required Qualifications:** Education level required: Minimum experience required: within the Loan Workout/Special Assets field, preferably at an OCC regulated institution. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with various loan databases**Job Competencies:** Excellent knowledge of and ability to interpret real estate documentation. Excellent knowledge of real estate policies, procedures and related lending laws.Computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask. Detail oriented and ability to prioritize workload. Ability to work independently. Ability to perform mathematical calculations. Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights.
