Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a dynamic surgical team. The OR RN will play a critical role in providing safe, high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures in a fast-paced operating room environment.Responsibilities:Prepare operating rooms, surgical equipment, and instruments for proceduresProvide direct patient care throughout the perioperative processAssist surgeons and surgical teams during proceduresMonitor patients’ conditions and maintain sterile environmentsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedDocument patient care accurately and thoroughlyCollaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomesAdhere to all hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocolsQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable stateAssociate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing requiredBLS certification required; ACLS and/or CNOR preferredPrevious Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience preferredStrong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environmentSchedule & Compensation:Full-time and part-time opportunities availableDay, evening, and on-call shifts may be requiredCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plans, and continuing education opportunitiesWhy Join Us?Supportive and collaborative surgical teamOpportunities for professional growth and advancementModern surgical facilities and advanced technologyPatient-centered culture focused on excellence in care
