Job Title:  Warehouse Operator

Location: 2222 Stanley Road, Indianapolis, IN 46168, United States

Pay Rate: $28.97/hour on w2 without any benefits
Duration: 1 year, 5 months + (temp to perm)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Distribution Operator to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves order processing, Inventory handling, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support order processing activities including picking, packing, and shipping 
• Receive and store manufactured products and raw materials 
• Unload trucks, verify received quantities, and update records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) 
• Pick and pack customer orders using computerized warehouse systems 
• Perform routine warehouse tasks such as cycle counting and material disposal processing 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area daily 
• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulations (OSHA, FDA, DEA, etc.) 
• Maintain punctuality and be available for all scheduled shifts 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic warehouse or distribution experience preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency 
• Good teamwork and multitasking skills 
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude 
• Strong attention to detail and reliability 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift between 25–49 lbs 
• Standing for more than 2 hours per shift 
• Walking for more than 2 hours per shift 
• Squatting for extended periods (more than 2 hours per shift)
