Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx. Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document resident conditions
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being
Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
