Experienced RNs with 2+ years in Oncology or Acute Care may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. New graduates are also welcome to apply for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Compensation: $36.00–$49.16 per hour

Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 for a 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated as per applicable laws)

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available for days, nights, and mid shifts.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center, providing direct patient care in line with clinical standards and scope of practice. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult oncology patients diagnosed with malignancies.

• Deliver direct care to oncology patients in an infusion environment.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions according to established protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses and side effects.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
• Communicate any clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it thereafter.
• Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The exact starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including skills, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
