Treatment Coordinator

Overview Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is hiring a Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to support our orthodontic practices. This is a great opportunity for an experienced TCC who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting multiple offices, and helping patients understand their orthodontic treatment options. As a Treatment Care Coordinator, you'll have a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You'll help patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment. You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.
