Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for an overnight part-time opportunity in Katy, Texas . If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Part-Time Overnight | 12:00 AM - 5:00/6:00 AM
Location: Katy, TX


Responsibilities

• Load trucks according to work orders and shipping schedules.
• Verify product accuracy, load weights, and materials before trucks depart.
• Operate loading equipment such as conveyors, loaders, pumps, and automated systems.
• Monitor the loading process to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load status and any issues.
• Complete load tickets, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
• Inspect loading areas and trucks to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 pounds .
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
