Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Medical Surgical (MS) nurse for a night shift position on an Orthopedic Unit located in Pikeville, Kentucky. This role involves working in a high-acuity environment with a focus on orthopedic patient care. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of orientation.

Job Details:

• Location: Pikeville, Kentucky
• Position: Medical Surgical Floor Orthopedic Unit (MS)
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Kentucky (KY) or Compact State Nursing License; BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; 2.0 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly EPIC.
• Additional Information: Those with EPIC EMR experience are a plus! Scrub colors for travelers: ICU - Royal Blue; all other units wear black.
