REMOTE - must sit in PST, California - SoCal preferred

A client in the entertainment space is seeking a contract IT Project Manager to support delivery of high priority technology initiatives across global operations. This role is execution focused and will manage multiple concurrent projects including user migrations, infrastructure upgrades, office moves, and enterprise system rollouts.

This is a hands on delivery role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically strong, and comfortable working directly in the details. This includes managing large datasets such as user lists, migration trackers, and budgets while driving projects forward in a fast paced environment.

This role partners closely with infrastructure, service desk, and business stakeholders globally.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience

• Experience with JIRA and JIRA Service Management (or similar ITSM tool)

• Experience with Confluence

• Comfortability with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced environments

• Experience with infrastructure and migration focused projects

• Strong cross functional coordination across technical teams and vendors

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex datasets

• Comfortable working with limited structure and evolving requirements

• Strong communication skills with a direct and clear style
