The Momofuku Group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Momofuku's first restaurant in Washington, D.C. opened in October 2015. Momofuku CCDC serves a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. The restaurant has a bar, noodle bar, main dining room, and private dining room.

Some things you'll be doing:

• Anticipate guest needs
• Communicate FOH needs effectively to both FOH and BOH teams
• Provide attentive, warm and personable service
• Speak knowledgeably on menu items and recommendations with enthusiasm!
• Stay updated on menu changes and specials
• Ensure guests receive the Momofuku dining experience!

• At least 2 years of previous bartending experience
• 4/5 years of high volume restaurant experience preferred
• Must possess exceptional work ethic and a collaborative attitude
• Exceptional communication, service and floor skills
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
• Basic food and beverage knowledge preferred
• A passion for food & hospitality!
