Key Responsibilities of the RN - Behavioral Health

• Manage aggressive patients and respond to psychiatric emergencies
• Provide wound care and manage IVs as needed
• Perform rapid responses and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Operate essential medical equipment like vital sign machines and bladder scanners
• Adapt to consistent discharges and admissions efficiently

Requirements of the RN - Behavioral Health

• Current CPI and BLS certifications
• Experience managing stressful situations and working with various behavioral health populations
• Skilled in critical thinking, time management, and patient compassion
