Technical Solutions Engineer

Focused on customer engagement and technical consulting, the full-time Technical Solutions Engineer will manage onboarding and migration projects, conduct customer-facing sessions, and deliver prototypes while working remotely on a contract basis with strong potential for extension. Key responsibilities Own customer onboarding and migration engagements, ensuring successful execution from kickoff to validation Lead customer-facing sessions and serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries, performing initial triage on issues Develop exploratory prototypes and POCs to demonstrate DDP fit for customer needs and document requirements for product development Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or technical program management in a cloud or platform context Hands-on ability to create working integrations or prototypes in a pre-production environment Working knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks Broad understanding of GCP, including familiarity with gcloud CLI and Firebase Test Lab Experience in building or contributing to repeatable delivery processes, playbooks, or runbooks
