Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Description: DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Intensive Care Unit provides direct care or influences care for acutely/critically ill patients who are at high risk for actual or potential life-threatening health problems. The ICU provides care through advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that provides intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission. Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required. GSR ICU-CCU: AHA ACLS and NIHSS required. PALS and TNCC preferred. 3 years previous ICU experience preferred. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing. ProKatchers Job ID 299272.
