COCKTAIL SERVER MAIN FLOOR FULL TIME

DESCRIPTION:

Greet and serve beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.

Essential Job Duties:

Be punctual for each shift.

Maintains a neat and trim appearance and wears uniform that fits properly and is not in need of replacement or repair.


Monitors guest alcohol consumption and reports problems to Supervision immediately.

Entertains guest by creating a positive guest experience when working by providing a welcome and/or greeting, making eye contact, smiling, wishing the guest good luck, and being hospitable.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of all assigned work stations during and at the end of the shift

Serves and maintains awareness of alcohol intervention processes, and all other applicable departmental and company rules and regulations, including ABC regulations

Performs other duties as requested by Supervision.

Job requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Six (6) months of related experience preferred.

Must be able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery to do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deal with service failures and prioritize customer needs.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Must be able to carry and balance trays weighing up to 20 pounds.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Server/Entertainer must have the ability to maintain attractive and fit image.

Server/Entertainer must be able to comfortably wear costume.

Server/Entertainer must have knowledge of hairstyling/makeup application.

Server/Entertainer must not have any visible tattoos.

Server/Entertainer must be clean shaven or maintain neatly trimmed facial hair, and hair must be above shoulders.


Server/Entertainer must be able to effectively read script in panel interview.

Requirements

Must be able to work overnight hours. 11:45PM to 8AM
