As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access control, and traffic flow in accordance with healthcare location policies.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, communicating observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security professional license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
