Job Description
The Sales Lead Generator is an individual contributor role within an established company, focused on identifying and qualifying B2B sales leads. This position involves using CRM tools and marketing automation to manage prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification activities that support the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Qualify potential B2B leads to identify sales opportunities
- Conduct prospecting via cold calling and email campaigns
- Manage and update CRM systems to track lead activity
- Perform customer outreach to engage prospects effectively
- Integrate lead generation efforts with marketing automation tools
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales lead generation
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques
- Experience with CRM software and cold calling
- Knowledge of email marketing strategies
- Skills in data analysis, communication, negotiation, and time management
