Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak in a friendly tone
- Always say 'My Pleasure'
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry minimum 15.00 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Available to work Fridays and/or Saturdays
- 16 years old and older
About This Restaurant:
At Chick-fil-A Silver Creek Valley & 101 DTO we are excited for your interest! This Chick-fil-A is a Drive-Thru Only location with 64 patio seats. Our goal is to help others continuously better themselves, everyday, and serve our communities to the fullest extent so they receive the best experience possible! We will be a fast paced environment as we focus on serving our guests to provide them with a seamless and accurate experience. We are looking for like-minded individuals such as yourself to help us fulfill our purpose!
