Dietary Assistant Barre Gardens - Barre, VT Barre Gardens is seeking a dependable Dietary Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Barre, VT! As a Dietary Assistant, you will work alongside dietary and healthcare professionals to provide quality food service for our residents while following established dietary policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Shifts Available

- Full-Time
- Part-Time
- PRN
- Assist in serving meals in a timely manner
- Assist the cook with meal preparation and food production
- Serve food trays from carts and dining rooms and transport them to the dishwashing area
- Clean worktables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Follow all dietary, sanitation, and infection control policies
- Assist with kitchen cleanup and other dietary duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- We are now accepting applications for 16-17-year-olds (conditions apply)
- Previous dietary or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
