Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales organization across digital channels, owning order managementandproduct setupto driveperformancewithin the wholesale channel.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• 
  • Support order booking, fulfilment, and shipping processes for online accounts as needed
  • Manage end-to-end order operations across all product divisions within online channels
  • Assist with showroom setup and support sales during market appointments
  • Oversee dropship operations, ensuringaccurateproduct setup
  •Monitoronline site performance
  • Develop and upload item setup templates by category through online vendor platforms
  • Manage product content through internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization
  • Track purchase orders weekly,identifyingrisks and proactively resolving issuesimpactingdelivery timelines
  •Maintainand update brand storefronts across online platforms
  • Lead seasonal image audits and coordinate asset uploads in partnership with external stakeholders
  • Manage weekly reorders and resolve issuesimpactingorder flow and processing
  • Track and manage inventory levels, ensuringoptimalin-stock position across online channels
  • Allocate seasonal and replenishment purchase orders multiple times per week; manage delivery timelines and extensions as needed
  • Oversee replenishment assortment, including lifecycle management and product transitions

Your profile:

• Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent
  

• 1-3years of experience
  

• Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  

• Excellent analytical and communications skills
  

• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented
  

• Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
  

• SAP experience is preferred

The expected base pay range for this position is from $60,000 - $65,000per year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
