Clinical Trials Coordinator CNS & Behavioral Health

Help shape tomorrows psychiatric and CNS treatments. At IMA Clinical Research youll be the steady trusted presence guiding participants through every step of their study journey while gaining hands-on experience across our Phase IIIV trial portfolio (we do not conduct Phase I studies).
What Youll Do
- Run day-to-day trial operations keeping studies on protocol and on track
- Coordinate scheduling procedures assessments and follow-up visits
- Perform phlebotomy and handle specimen collection/processing
- Be the go-to liaison between participants investigators sponsors and CROs
- Keep source documents and case report forms audit-ready
- Support monitoring visits and regulatory reviews
- Assist with safety reporting and participant retention
What You Bring
- 2 years coordinating clinical research studies
- Phlebotomy proficiency
- Bachelors degree
- CNS psychiatry psychology neuroscience or behavioral health research experience a plus
- Strong multitasking across active studies
- CCRC certification a plus not required
