You will assist customers in scheduling appointments, explaining service options and costs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction throughout the service process. This position is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and fostering trust by delivering exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience from start to finish. Accurately document service requests and vehicle information, demonstrating attention to detail and thoroughness in all communications and records. Explain service procedures, estimated costs, and timelines clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns to maintain transparency and trust. Coordinate with technicians and service personnel to schedule and prioritize work in order to meet customer expectations and dealership standards. Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle’s service, offering solutions and alternatives when needed. Manage customer payments and process service orders efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and adherence to company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Requirements Previous experience in a service advisory or customer service role within the automotive industry is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond to customer needs promptly and effectively. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring all service documentation is complete and error-free. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic understanding of automotive terminology and vehicle systems is advantageous, though training will be provided.
