Director of Preconstruction

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Preconstruction to lead and elevate our preconstruction team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preconstruction process from initial project conception through to bidding and procurement. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet our clients' expectations and align with industry standards.
As the Director of Preconstruction, you will manage and mentor a team of preconstruction professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will be responsible for establishing best practices, implementing efficient processes, and utilizing advanced technologies to enhance project planning and execution. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and maximize project profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in preconstruction management and strategic planning.
